Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (within India):

- To Metro Areas: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
- To the Rest of India: Estimated delivery within 3-6 business days.

Insured Shipments:
All parcels are fully insured to ensure a worry-free shopping experience. Should a courier company fail to deliver, we guarantee you will not suffer any loss. Vogue Sports London, however, will not be responsible for packages reported lost or stolen after being marked delivered by the courier service.

In the rare instance that a shipment is lost in transit, we wait up to 15 days and then reprocess the order. If a replacement of the same design is unavailable, you may choose a refund or an alternative product.

Non-Acceptance of Order:
If an order is not accepted by the customer upon delivery, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees incurred.

Free Shipping:
Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders within India.

Incorrect Shipping Information:
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Vogue Sports London is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping fees due to address errors will be the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Issues:
In case of delivery concerns, such as damaged items, please reach out to our customer service team at voguesportslondon@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We request an unboxing video for verification and to expedite assistance. Following verification, you may choose to receive a replacement or a refund.
